Refund policy

Returns: Because each fractal item we sell is manufactured on demand, unfortunately we cannot accept returns. Reach out to us before placing an order if you have questions or concerns about sizes, materials or styles, as you cannot return items once they've been purchased.  

Refunds: Very rarely, there may be a manufacturing or printing defect, in which case we want to make it right. If this occurs, please email us and send a picture of the problem, and we will happily replace the order and make it right.
